Udeet has been running building performance simulation on live India projects for over a decade — a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, institutional and government development across every major Indian city and multiple climate zones. BEI Advisory is built entirely on that active project base. Every simulation methodology, compliance documentation format and authority submission approach is drawn from real project experience, not textbook frameworks.
The practice covers the full breadth of India’s building performance compliance landscape — ECBC 2017 and its state-level variations, GRIHA, IGBC, BEE Star, NBC 2016, ASHRAE 90.1, EDGE and the Panchamrit-aligned net zero frameworks. BEI Advisory also operates an international project portfolio through Green Grid Designs Advisory FZ-LLC, a RAKEZ-registered UAE entity covering the Gulf region.
BEI Academy was founded to address the skills gap in Indian building performance simulation — delivering structured training in whole-building energy modelling, HVAC system simulation, daylighting, CFD and compliance documentation workflows, calibrated to Indian climate zones and India-specific compliance requirements.
